Payment is processed 100% by PayPal. Negative Threads does not recieve, handle, store or share any financial or personal information that may be compromising. Any investigation or suspicion of fraud or mishandling should be directed towards PayPal. Orders are processed and shipped within 1 business day. All orders will arrive within 5-10 business days from the date of purchase. Orders are all currently shipped USPS Ground until demand dictates otherwise. If you absolutely MUST have your order sooner, please contact us at 310-487-1751 and we will try our best to work something out. If your order is damaged, defective or in any way unsatisfactory please return it (unused) within 30 days to recieve a replacement or a full refund. All orders are shipped with a little something extra. It might be a couple of stickers, it might be a peanut. Who knows?! We're just wacky like that and that's good policy.
